If this lovely lady doesn't evoke the feeling of Christmas, winter and cool breezes, I don't know who does..
The image is in greyscale, and I colored her with my Copic markers.

Here is my latest bit of inspiration...

This little lady reminded me of French elegance in the 1800's. The background paper that I used had a lot going on, so the only stamping I did was the words "dream & believe". All the rest was already pre-printed onto the paper.
I popped her up with some foam tape for added interest.
