I’m extremely excited to have been asked to be a Guest Design Team member for this month. <a href="https://www.chocolatebaroque.com/">Chocolate Baroque</a> has so many new and exciting designs in stamps it’s often hard to choose which ones to use..<br>
Since we are in the middle of the dog days of summer here in Florida, I decided to go with a flower theme.<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-9ltF7R7ELw0/Xx3KvaQ0onI/AAAAAAAAB3w/gxmoFEORk54z0pEcSU5m_tckN9u79DeywCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/DT-CB-1-2020.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-9ltF7R7ELw0/Xx3KvaQ0onI/AAAAAAAAB3w/gxmoFEORk54z0pEcSU5m_tckN9u79DeywCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/DT-CB-1-2020.jpg" width="240" height="320" data-original-width="480" data-original-height="640" /></a></div>
Supplies:
Stamps – Loving Sentiments Rubber Stamp sheet-A5, Ladys Slipper Orchid
Colour-Brusho Crystal Colour (Set of 24-Crimson, Violet, Lemon Yellow, Sea Green, and Turquoise)
Ranger Archival Ink-Jet Black
Paper – Watercolor paper, cardstock
Waterbrush-Detailer Tip
Water Spritzer Bottles-2 pack
Double sided Foam Tape
Gold photo corner stickers<br>
<br>
Cut the watercolor paper to 4” x 5 ¼” (10.16cm x 13.34cm) and stamp the image using Archival ink.
When you first begin using your Brusho colors, take a thumb tack, and pierce a hole in the top. I cannot stress enough that a little goes a long way.
Lightly spritz the paper with water. This will help the watercolors blend easier.<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7b9khqyAxrk/Xx3LLQxrmeI/AAAAAAAAB34/LscjWwCubLwuNpxgnybVEIP03r6SJ2o6gCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/Brusho_assorted_pack_of_12_colours_15g_by_colourcraft_360x.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7b9khqyAxrk/Xx3LLQxrmeI/AAAAAAAAB34/LscjWwCubLwuNpxgnybVEIP03r6SJ2o6gCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/Brusho_assorted_pack_of_12_colours_15g_by_colourcraft_360x.jpg" width="320" height="320" data-original-width="360" data-original-height="360" /></a></div><br>
Being by sprinkling which ever color of Brusho you want to start with onto a non stick surface, then using your watercolor brush, mix a bit of water with the crystals and begin painting in the stamp.
Use less water if you want to have deeper colors, and you can mix the colors together to create a specific shade.<br>
Let each color dry before going onto the next color, which will help lessen the chance of colors bleeding together.
<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-9wbfdR7MxOo/Xx3Ov6Ldm1I/AAAAAAAAB4E/MwiU4peKuuUVIBPst3HSqKOrReE_Qa8bACLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/IMG_3768.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-9wbfdR7MxOo/Xx3Ov6Ldm1I/AAAAAAAAB4E/MwiU4peKuuUVIBPst3HSqKOrReE_Qa8bACLcBGAsYHQ/s320/IMG_3768.JPG" width="240" height="320" data-original-width="480" data-original-height="640" /></a></div>
Once piece is dry, cut the dark purple cardstock to 5 ½” x 8 ½” (13.97cm x 21.59cm) and fold in half.
Cut a piece of light purple cardstock to 4” x 5 ¼”(10.16cm x 13.34cm) and layer onto cardstock base. Next cut a strip of medium purple cardstock, 4” x 1 ¾”(10.16cm x 4.45cm) and place on right hand side of mat.
Cut out your image and layer onto card, using foam tape.
Stamp the saying onto the white cardstock card with Archival ink, and mat with gold cardstock.
Attach the saying to the front, then adhere the photo corner stickers.<br>
<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-9ltF7R7ELw0/Xx3KvaQ0onI/AAAAAAAAB3w/gxmoFEORk54z0pEcSU5m_tckN9u79DeywCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/DT-CB-1-2020.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-9ltF7R7ELw0/Xx3KvaQ0onI/AAAAAAAAB3w/gxmoFEORk54z0pEcSU5m_tckN9u79DeywCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/DT-CB-1-2020.jpg" width="240" height="320" data-original-width="480" data-original-height="640" /></a></div>

I hope you're enjoying a crafty weekend.
<br>
For those that know me, know I like to get my Christmas cards started early. Since they're all handmade & hand colored, sending out roughly 130 every year is time consuming, lol.<br>
I'm a big fan of Art Impression and the fellas below warm my heart!!<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-EghNe_5F498/Xu545m5KajI/AAAAAAAAB28/r8K3E7C9X3wBbgMTTNb7p4S0MU9VswGLACLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/ai-10.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-EghNe_5F498/Xu545m5KajI/AAAAAAAAB28/r8K3E7C9X3wBbgMTTNb7p4S0MU9VswGLACLcBGAsYHQ/s320/ai-10.jpg" width="320" height="240" data-original-width="640" data-original-height="480" /></a></div><br>
The image is colored in with Copic markers and the paper is from Memory Box<br>
Living in Florida, you don't experience a lot of cool weather, so many of my cards have a snowman, penguin or ice theme and color to them.<br>
Hope you enjoy and please feel free to leave a comment.
<br>
<br>
Happy Crafting!!

Hope everyone is having a great week so far and staying safe and healthy during these crazy times. <br>
It's time for another challenge over at World Wide Open Challenge Design Team blog. Why not hop on over and enjoy the fun?
<div align="center">

Here is my latest bit of inspiration...
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-61b1H4k0BP4/XrpTl_GFdWI/AAAAAAAAB1g/l37fxRTRO_kZGs_1YhCvSJFEeYSr0WAcwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/IMG_1585-1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-61b1H4k0BP4/XrpTl_GFdWI/AAAAAAAAB1g/l37fxRTRO_kZGs_1YhCvSJFEeYSr0WAcwCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/IMG_1585-1.jpg" width="320" height="264" data-original-width="1260" data-original-height="1039" /></a></div>
The image is one of the newer ones designed by Julia.<br>
I wanted the image to look angelic and ethereal, so I used very soft, muted colors. The picture did come out lighter even than the project, but I'm happy with the overall effect.<br>
Click on the picture below to go directly to the stamp I used.

I hope everyone is surviving the life of quarantine.
Time for another fun challenge at
<a href="http://movingalongwiththetimes.blogspot.com.es/">Moving Along with the Times</a>. <br>
The theme is Flowers.<br>
This could be interpreted as a number of things, flowers are embellishments, flowers as stamps or flowers are part of a stamp.<br>
<br>Below is my project...
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-_y1OkgIFXdQ/XqoHAGGV4PI/AAAAAAAAB08/ojTiwCPN-mInB-Rz4M6JtNw62XnSNCfowCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/IMG_1583-1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-_y1OkgIFXdQ/XqoHAGGV4PI/AAAAAAAAB08/ojTiwCPN-mInB-Rz4M6JtNw62XnSNCfowCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/IMG_1583-1.jpg" width="265" height="320" data-original-width="900" data-original-height="1086" /></a></div>
As you can see I chose to use the flowers are part of the stamp. I colored the image with copic markers and for some added bling...<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-UQ8PCC34kk8/XqoHO3FYdXI/AAAAAAAAB1A/ff6btVzIkzMH4scBaS7Tbthi1RSvFeM-gCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/IMG_1584-2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-UQ8PCC34kk8/XqoHO3FYdXI/AAAAAAAAB1A/ff6btVzIkzMH4scBaS7Tbthi1RSvFeM-gCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/IMG_1584-2.jpg" width="235" height="320" data-original-width="900" data-original-height="1223" /></a></div>
I chose to color in the flowers with Wink of Stella.<br>
Thank you for dropping by the check out my project. <br>
<br>Don't forget to swing by and enter the challenge and check out the amazing projects from all the DT members.
<br>
Happy crafting!

I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy in these crazy times. Today is my first day of quarantine per my state's order and so far so good.<br>
Time for another fun challenge at
<a href="http://movingalongwiththetimes.blogspot.com.es/">Moving Along with the Times</a>. <br>
The theme is Diamante.<br>
To be honest, I didn't know what that was, so I had to look it up. Diamante is defined as decorated with artificial jewels.<br>
<br>Below is my project...
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-F6hj2HEzcWA/XodQN08Xq6I/AAAAAAAAB0E/PPlDcuJK29ALWXitkYlbmtbU-eSCUCsuwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/IMG_1580.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-F6hj2HEzcWA/XodQN08Xq6I/AAAAAAAAB0E/PPlDcuJK29ALWXitkYlbmtbU-eSCUCsuwCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/IMG_1580.jpg" width="320" height="256" data-original-width="1440" data-original-height="1154" /></a></div>
She is colored with copic markers and when I show her close up, you can better see the jewels I've placed all in her hair...<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-5UvtJQghGxA/XodQdYVz25I/AAAAAAAAB0Q/iB0MNpLxQKg8ZIBsR4ZF9N_zYxf7q935ACLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/IMG_1582.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-5UvtJQghGxA/XodQdYVz25I/AAAAAAAAB0Q/iB0MNpLxQKg8ZIBsR4ZF9N_zYxf7q935ACLcBGAsYHQ/s320/IMG_1582.jpg" width="320" height="240" data-original-width="1440" data-original-height="1080" /></a></div>

I really enjoy the gnome & fairy images that Julia Spiri creates.<br>
This one brings to mind the magic of spring, and the mysteries that often woodland areas have to offer<br>

Time for another fun challenge at
<a href="http://movingalongwiththetimes.blogspot.com.es/">Moving Along with the Times</a>. <br>
The theme is No Image!<br>
This is a great time to break out those thoughtful & meaningful saying stamps and make them front and center on your project!<br>
<br>Below is my project...
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-kHE0mAYeL1U/XjV9m3MsuuI/AAAAAAAABy8/M_618gLLN3obXrFSEor_t4EXiLkDHo8iwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/DT-03-2020.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-kHE0mAYeL1U/XjV9m3MsuuI/AAAAAAAABy8/M_618gLLN3obXrFSEor_t4EXiLkDHo8iwCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/DT-03-2020.jpg" width="259" height="320" data-original-width="900" data-original-height="1113" /></a></div>
The paper is something I've been holding onto, but I finally decided to use it in a project. The paper is Washi Paper and it's handmade japanese paper. It has a smooth texture, lots of color and hints of gold in it.<br>
Thank you for dropping by the check out my project. <br>
<br>Don't forget to swing by and enter the challenge and check out the amazing projects from all the DT members.
<br>
Happy crafting!

Time for another fun challenge at
<a href="http://movingalongwiththetimes.blogspot.com.es/">Moving Along with the Times</a>. It's hard to believe that this will be our last challenge of 2019.<br>
The theme is anything BUT a card, plus there are prized to be had!<br>
<br>Below is my project...
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-dth1iXChjGM/XfsYzbEvDfI/AAAAAAAAByE/sW5X-uoAg2UdmYBBmwN0UZwrzJEwT-PRACLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/IMG_1540.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-dth1iXChjGM/XfsYzbEvDfI/AAAAAAAAByE/sW5X-uoAg2UdmYBBmwN0UZwrzJEwT-PRACLcBGAsYHQ/s320/IMG_1540.jpg" width="320" height="247" data-original-width="1600" data-original-height="1235" /></a></div>
As some of you may know, my other crafting interest is making & trading Artist Trading Cards, otherwise known as ATCs.<br>
It is a fun way to use up all those bits and baubles that you often have left over from your other, bigger projects.
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-v0QWXipNzIo/XfsZLc2HhGI/AAAAAAAAByM/X5_lenbuf3c0l2tgG6U_oNaWqw2XQV5-gCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/IMG_1536.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-v0QWXipNzIo/XfsZLc2HhGI/AAAAAAAAByM/X5_lenbuf3c0l2tgG6U_oNaWqw2XQV5-gCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/IMG_1536.jpg" width="320" height="281" data-original-width="1600" data-original-height="1404" /></a></div><br>
This ATC was made from scrap paper of Graphic 45, along with some Christmas ribbon and gold paper trim I had left over from making Christmas cards about 2 years ago. The image is popped up using foam tape, and the sayings are from Tim Holtz.<br><br>
Thank you for dropping by the check out my project. <br>

This is my final project as Chocolate Baroque’s latest Guest Designer. November has gone by so quickly and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.<br>
Even though this card looks complicated, using these wonderful stamps, and a few dies I have in my stash, the card came together rather quickly.<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-M1GOgIzozbU/Xd3uI3nCg2I/AAAAAAAABxA/D7vPgXY6VFg4u_UWMbhKCDgajLC8FfIrgCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/CB-DT3-A.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-M1GOgIzozbU/Xd3uI3nCg2I/AAAAAAAABxA/D7vPgXY6VFg4u_UWMbhKCDgajLC8FfIrgCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/CB-DT3-A.jpg" width="259" height="320" data-original-width="1297" data-original-height="1600" /></a></div><br>
Supplies:
Stamps – A Tomte Christmas <br>
Ink – Versafine Vintage Sepia <br>
Paper – A4 Luxury Smooth White Paper <br>
Cosmic Shimmer PVA Glue <br>
Alcohol ink markers <br>
Die cuts <br>
Scissors <br>
First cut out a mat for the front of the card, measuring 4” x 5 ¼” (10.16cm x 13.36cm).
Next I cut the trees out from the ivory card stock using a tree die that I had on hand. I lightly inked them up with Versafine Vintage sepia.
Attach these with the PVA glue to the card mat.
Next I die cut the doe and the bird, using dies I had on hand.
I drew a slope onto the ivory cardstock, and glued that onto the card base. Then I attached the doe and the bird.<br>
Next, ink up the gnome with the sled with Versafine and stamp onto ivory cardstock.
Next color in the image. I used alcohol ink markers, but you can certainly use any coloring medium you have on hand.<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-BUQigmh4jew/Xd3up3ri3iI/AAAAAAAABxI/7Dvxa2ad-rkiS9_V14nl7WLvgRV9PMOhwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/CB-DT3-B.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-BUQigmh4jew/Xd3up3ri3iI/AAAAAAAABxI/7Dvxa2ad-rkiS9_V14nl7WLvgRV9PMOhwCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/CB-DT3-B.jpg" width="320" height="240" data-original-width="1600" data-original-height="1200" /></a></div>
Once done coloring, cut out the image, and attach to the card mat.<br>
I then stamped a saying from the stamp set onto the same paper that I cut the doe out with & attached it to the mat.
Finally I cut a piece of cardstock for my card base, measuring 5 ½” x 8 ½” (13.97cm x 21.59cm). I folded it in half, then attached my card front. <br>
Thanks for dropping by and happy crafting!

It's hard to believe that we are already into the third week of November. I've created my second project with <a href="https://www.chocolatebaroque.com/">Chocolate Baroque</a>.<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-E5rcoKEfNMk/XdUoH2VrmxI/AAAAAAAABwc/PnonE6Nfp7g1TcjodY-pN3cWYUz0jPJiwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/CB-DT2-A.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-E5rcoKEfNMk/XdUoH2VrmxI/AAAAAAAABwc/PnonE6Nfp7g1TcjodY-pN3cWYUz0jPJiwCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/CB-DT2-A.jpg" width="320" height="245" data-original-width="1600" data-original-height="1224" /></a></div>
I am simply in love with these stamp. The gnomes remind me of a white vintage Christmas, which is unfortunately hard to come by here in Florida, USA, lol.<br><br>
Supplies:
Stamps – A Tomte Christmas <br>
Ink – Versafine Vintage Sepia<br>
Paper – A4 Luxury Smooth White Paper<br>
Cosmic Shimmer PVA Glue<br>
Alcohol ink markers<br>
Embossing Powder-Seth Apter Vintage Beeswax<br>
Glitter<br>
Ultra Clear Double Sided Red Line Tape<br>
Heat GUn<br>
Scissors<br><br>
First cut out a circle from the ivory cardstock mearing 3 ¼”(8.3cm) in diameter.
Next I inked up the gnome trio with Vintage Sepia, stamping them onto the circle.
Next color in the image. I used alcohol ink markers, but you can certainly use any coloring medium you have on hand.
I then lightly inked the edge of the circle with Vintage Sepia.<br><br>
For the front of the card, I cut out a base mat measuring 4” x 5 ¼” (10.16cm x 13.36cm).
I then cut a piece of print paper, measuring 2 5/8” x 5 ¼” (6.5cm x 13.3cm).
I matted this piece with the ivory cardstock measuring (7cm x 13.3cm).
I then put a strip of the Red Line tape in the middle of the print strip, and sprinkled glitter onto it.
Next you will attached this piece to your mat, adding the image onto the center.<br><br>
I then sprinkled the Seth Apter embossing powder in different areas, adding a little bit of glitter for sparkle. You are going to heat the powder from underneath, since I didn’t use anything to stick the power to the card, if it gets heated from above, it would simply blow away.<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-OlVMbpR-Czg/XdUoqXjPl2I/AAAAAAAABwk/Qmnl0EdKlAU2qYlhheENrkKWIco6zncVACLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/CB-DT2-B.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-OlVMbpR-Czg/XdUoqXjPl2I/AAAAAAAABwk/Qmnl0EdKlAU2qYlhheENrkKWIco6zncVACLcBGAsYHQ/s320/CB-DT2-B.jpg" width="320" height="286" data-original-width="1600" data-original-height="1431" /></a></div><br><br>
I then stamped a saying onto the ivory cardstock, cutting it into a banner and attached to the card.<br>
Finally I cut a piece of cardstock for my card base, measuring 5 ½” x 8 ½” (13.97cm x 21.59cm). I folded it in half, then attached my card front.<br><br>

The image evokes feelings of mystery and magic. I knew she had to be colored with dramatic, vibrant colors.<br>
The image is in greyscale, and I colored her with my Copic markers.<br>

I've been fortunate enough to be asked to be a Guest Design Team member for the month of November at <a href="https://www.chocolatebaroque.com/">Chocolate Baroque</a>.
Below is my first project....
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-wnqkfQHNrko/Xcn3Nj_AlXI/AAAAAAAABv4/sdCIqsckmMYCf8me38kN_kIwi6odw5tnwCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/CB-DT1-A.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-wnqkfQHNrko/Xcn3Nj_AlXI/AAAAAAAABv4/sdCIqsckmMYCf8me38kN_kIwi6odw5tnwCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/CB-DT1-A.jpg" width="272" height="320" data-original-width="1358" data-original-height="1600" /></a></div><br>
I used the stamp set <a href="https://www.chocolatebaroque.com/a-tomte-christmas-rubber-stamp-sheet-a5.html">A Tomte Christmas</a>.
First, I inked up the large gnome image with Versafine and stamped it onto ivory paper, this will act as your base.<br>
What you will be doing for the gnome is paper piecing. <br>
Next pick a few different patterns of print paper, stamping the gnome one time onto each piece. You will need to stamp him once onto the white paper for his beard.
I picked enough pattern paper to cut out the following pieces; one for his hat, one for the trim of his hat & coat, white for his beard, one for his shoes (or could do these in white and color them in) and one for his sweater.<br>
Next, I cut out the various pieces and layered them onto the ivory base that was first stamped and glued the pieces down using the PVA glue.<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-rVgwFixx1KU/Xcn4nNw_03I/AAAAAAAABwE/0jSzjBpBgFUHutpMY7stqtg7oedfi7pJgCLcBGAsYHQ/s1600/CB-DT1-B.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-rVgwFixx1KU/Xcn4nNw_03I/AAAAAAAABwE/0jSzjBpBgFUHutpMY7stqtg7oedfi7pJgCLcBGAsYHQ/s320/CB-DT1-B.jpg" width="240" height="320" data-original-width="1200" data-original-height="1600" /></a></div>
Now you will cut out the entire gnome to add to your card front.<br><br>
For the front of the card, I cut out a base mat measuring 4” x 5 ¼” (10.16cm x 13.36cm). This is the gold piece.<br>
Then I used matching scraps of the gnome and added 3 curved strips at the top, middle and bottom.
I then stamped a saying from the set, and matted it with more brown scraps, finally adding little snowflake embellishments.
Finally I cut the ivory cardstock for my card base, measuring 5 ½” x 8 ½” (13.97cm x 21.59cm). I folded it in half, then attached my card front.
I hope I’ve inspired you to try using your scrap stash with these amazing stamps!<br><br>
Be sure and drop by the <a href="http://chocolatebaroque.blogspot.com/">Chocolate Baroque DT Blog</a> for even more interesting and innovative ideas on how to use Chocolate Baroque's amazing stamp sets.<br>
Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to check out my card.
<br>
Happy crafting!
