I love mermaids, and Julia's image is no exception.
Since Fall is upon us in North America, not so much in Florida though, I thought I'd color her in using a fall color palette.
The background was created using dies, which are the orange color, and Washi paper that I had in my stash. Here is a site that sells all kinds of different patterns & colors of
